Carol Service

A full Church enjoyed a traditional service of carols and readings at the annual carol service on 15 December 2019. In a beautifully decorated Church, thanks to the hard work of the team of flower arrangers, and illuminated by candles the congregation were welcomed by Gillian Kern and Paul Biscoe.

The service began with a fine performance of The Angel Gabriel from Heaven Came  from the choir singing from the balcony of the Church. This was followed by a series of appropriate bible readings and  poems interspersed with carols; as shown in the programme above.

Following the service many stayed behind to meet friends and neighbours and enjoy refreshments of a glass of wine and mince pie, having taken part in such a joyous and enjoyable occasion.
